This is a 2.5-year project involving the construction of a large-scale industrial/logistics facility, and we are looking for a Senior Site Manager with a strong background in industrial, warehouse, logistics or shed construction. The Role: Take a senior leadership role on the project, overseeing day-to-day site operations and delivery. Manage site teams, subcontractors and key construction packages. Drive programme, quality, health & safety and productivity across the project. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Design and Commercial teams. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Manage interfaces between groundworks, structural frame, envelope, M&E and fit-out packages. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
