Senior Site Manager

THIS IS A PROJECT MANAGER POSITION BUT MAY BE SUITABLE FOR AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR SITE MANAGER Project Manager Project Manager required for £20mil refurbishment project on a large estate in the Windsor area. This is the a Hotel refurbishment consisting of a listed building, main hotel building and 80 bedroom wing, built in the 70 s. If you are a Project Manager who has previously managed £10m+ refurbishment projects, managed projects within live environments and completed hotel projects previously, this will be of interest to you. Key Requirements: - Proven experience delivering large-scale refurbishment projects (£10m+) - Strong track record managing contractors, programme, and budget - Experience working in live environments - Confident, hands-on site-based PM - Familiarity with MS Project or similar - Listed building experience (beneficial but not essential) - Relevant tickets / certification Long term freelance position 15 months plus, due to start in June Day rate will depend on experience but will be circa £330 to £350 a day If interested, please apply with an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
