Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager Senior Site Manager required NHS project in the Oxford area. This is a long term freelance position Looking for a Senior Site Manger to head up all aspects of the project. It s a new build modular building. The building is complete, so it will be looking after Internals, externals and groundworks. Ideally looking for people who have managed new build modular NHS projects previously and will have knowledge of HTM s and HBN s or know what they are. Reporting to the Project Manager the successful applicant will need to take ownership of the job and work with and motivate the current Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers. Modular experience isn t essential but would be advantageous, however more important is the ability to run all aspects of the project ensuring deadlines are met and work is at the correct standard.
