Key responsibilities: Reporting to the site based Project Manager and to be responsible for day-to-day operational management of design & build projects up to £15m in value. Leadership and management of the site team which will include two Assistant Site Managers and a Logistics Manager.  Driving performance, accountability and programme compliance. Short-term planning, programme implementation and site phasing to ensure works are delivered in line with project milestones and client expectations.
