The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to take over and lead an existing development of 64 traditional build houses and apartments in Needham Market, Suffolk which completes in December 2025. The position is available due to the previous manager being moved to start a new site, and the opportunity will be on a temporary or fixed term contract until the end of the year, with potential to move on to a brand new development in 2026 on a permanent basis depending on location. The business has an exceptional pipeline of future work throughout Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and the surrounding areas and they aim to keep your commute below 45 minutes for future sites.
