Senior Site Manager Location: Brackley (NN13) Rate: £280 a day (Personal CIS) Hours: 8 hours a day (Monday-Friday) Contract: 14 weeks worth Start Date: June 2026 Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Site Manager to drive groundworks on a New Build Homes Development site in Brackley (NN13). The role is client facing so a personable and professional manner with the ability to support the team and directors in communicating with stakeholders and the workforce. Day to Day Tasks Delivering project in line with quality, cost and programme Ensuring all plant, labour and materials are ordered in a timely manner Behave in line with company values. Teamwork, integrity, quality of service Managing the project and deliver quality outcomes on time and in budget Manage health and safety Senior Site Manager Requirements: A Valid CSCS Card (Black) A Valid SMSTS Certificate A Valid 3-day First Aid Certificate Civil Engineering Background (HND/HNC/Bsc) Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager (specifically on groundworks and earthworks for housebuilding).
