We are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for our West Midlands region, ideally based around the Telford area. As the senior Miller Homes representative on site, this role is responsible for ensuring to ensure that all aspects of the development are delivered to meet specified company standards, including Health and Safety, build programme, budgets and quality. SENIOR SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Overarching accountability for monitoring of all site activities, direct labour and sub-contractors to ensure that operations are carried out in strict accordance with the company s policies and procedures, in particular SHE.
