Senior Site Manager - £90m RC Frame Residential Development Location: Guildford, SurreySalary: £80,000 - £85,000 + packageType: PermanentSector: Residential / RC FrameStart: October 2026 We are currently working with an established main contractor who are preparing to commence a £90m RC frame residential development in Guildford and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a leading role in the operational delivery of the project. This is a high-level Senior Site Manager position and would suit someone who has operated as the operational lead / No.2 to a Project Manager on a major residential scheme and is comfortable managing sizeable teams, multiple subcontractors and complex site operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running and production of the site, leading the internal site team, logistics team and external managers and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the programme. At peak, the project is expected to have 400+ personnel on site and 30-40 subcontractors, so we''re looking for someone who has genuine experience operating at this scale.
