Senior Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to run a large residential development in Oxford for a leading national housebuilder. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong residential background who takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining excellent site standards, and leading teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Overall management of a large, multi-unit residential development Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard Managing subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers Maintaining excellent health and safety, quality, and environmental standards Liaising with senior management, NHBC, and other stakeholders Driving site performance and promoting a positive site culture Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential developments Strong background with volume housebuilders SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Salary: 75,000 - 80,000 If this sounds of interest, please send a CV to Lucy using the contact information provided. ..... full job details .....
