Senior Site Manager - North Essex / Hertfordshire Border Up to 75,000 + Package We are working with a highly regarded national housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major new development in the North Essex / Hertfordshire area. The scheme will consist of approximately 320 traditionally built units with a programme of around 3-3.5 years, depending on sales. Groundworks are due to commence shortly, with the successful candidate joining at an ideal time to take ownership of the site from an early stage. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established developer with a strong reputation, good build standards and a healthy pipeline of work across the region. The role will include:Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the developmentManaging subcontractors and site teamsDriving build programme, quality and health and safetyEnsuring homes are delivered to a high standard and in line with targetsWorking closely with the wider construction and commercial teamsWe are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong housebuilding background, ideally with experience managing larger traditional-build developments.
