Senior Site Manager

We''re looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Rainham. Location: Site Based - RainhamHours: Full time - 40 hours a week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects with a value of up to £7m from start to finish. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned project, ensuring it''s delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders, you''ll play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional results. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Site Manager, you''ll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering successful projects across various sectors. Your day to day will include: Leading and motivating site operational staff to ensure safe and effective project delivery Managing procurement, installation and commissioning activities across your project Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers Implementing project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health, safety and environmental requirements Monitoring project progress, quality and costs to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability What are we looking for?
