This is a hands on No.1 Manager position combining site management with project management responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage projects from site set-up through to completion. Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and update construction programmes. Raise RFIs and manage drawings and design information. Produce RAMS and oversee site health and safety. Chair progress and subcontractor meetings. Liaise with private clients, architects, consultants and Quantity Surveyors. Monitor procurement, quality, progress, variations and costs. Manage snagging, completion and handover. Requirements Experience as a No.1 Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or hands on Project Manager. High end Luxury residential new build or refurbishment experience. Strong programming and project documentation skills. Confident dealing directly with private clients and consultants.
