Senior Site Manager

Ivy Resource Group are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer delivering a major new build housing scheme in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable and organised construction professional to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and drive programme, quality, and HandS performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all site activities on a large new build housing developmentOversee subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to required quality standardsManage daily site reporting, compliance checks, and coordination with technical, commercial, and planning teamsDrive productivity and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and local authoritiesEnsure HandS processes are adhered to across site, promoting a safe working environment at all timesReport directly to senior leadership and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and resourcingRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within a PLC housebuilderStrong background delivering new build housing projectsTimber frame experience is essentialExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain high standards of quality and safetySMSTS and First Aid certifications (mandatory)Package:Competitive salary of 65,000 - 75,000Full company packageImmediate start availableGloucester-based role with long-term project stability How to ..... full job details .....
