Senior Site Manager (Internals)

Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality internal fit-out works on large-scale residential developments. Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience coordinating multiple trades, managing subcontractors, and driving programme performance through the internal finishes phase. Working closely with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, you will ensure the successful completion of internal works while maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideally suited to a proactive construction professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential fit-out projects and leading site teams through to successful project completion. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site internal fit-out activities from commencement through to practical completion. Manage and coordinate site management teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely, efficiently and to programme.
