Senior Site Manager

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager to join the team on a scheme in Central London. The project is a 80m cut and carve refurbishment of an office building (grade 11 listed). The position will report into the Project Director. You will be managing all the external works / facade so they require someone technically strong. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large commercial schemes and strong knowledge on managing external / facade works. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer.
