The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager to join the team on a scheme in Central London.- The project is a -80m cut and carve refurbishment of an office building (grade 11 listed). The position will report into the Project-Director. You will be managing all the external works / facade so they require someone technically strong.- Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large commercial schemes and strong knowledge on managing external / facade works.-It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer.- In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -75k - -80k + full package & bonus.
