Senior Site ManagerHigh-Rise Residential and Complex Envelope Delivery Luton up to £70,000 We''re recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton. Working closely with the Project Manager, you''ll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both façade/envelope and internal works. What we''re looking for: Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes. Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages AND internal construction works. Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors. Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
