Working closely with the Project Manager, you''ll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both fa-ade/envelope and internal works. What we''re looking for: Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes. Strong understanding of fa-ade/envelope packages AND internal construction works. Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors. Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
