We''re recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you''ll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both fa-ade/envelope and internal works.

What we''re looking for:

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes.

• Strong understanding of fa-ade/envelope packages AND internal construction works.

• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.

• Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.

• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to site delivery.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
