With a strong pipeline of secured work and a commitment to excellence, they are currently delivering a 12m new-build development in Edinburgh and require a driven construction professional to play a key role in its successful delivery.Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, oversee health and safety compliance, and drive programme performance throughout the construction phase.Key duties will include:Managing all site activities on a major new-build construction projectEnsuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company proceduresCoordinating and managing subcontractors and direct labourMonitoring programme milestones and driving progress on siteConducting quality inspections and ensuring works meet specificationLiaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project teamProducing site reports and maintaining project documentationSupporting the successful completion and handover of the projectWhat you''ll need to succeed Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale ..... full job details .....
