Due to a newly secured project, they are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a new -10 million care home on the outskirts of Slough. The project will provide around 70 bedrooms across two storeys and will be delivered under a traditional contract. Demolition and groundworks are starting shortly, with an overall build programme of approximately 12 months. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project from the early stages through to completion and handover. You will be supported on site by an Assistant Site Manager and Foreman, with a Contracts Manager visiting regularly.
