The project is a new-build scheme valued at over -50 million, delivering more than 300 student bedrooms across several multi-storey blocks. The construction programme includes demolition and enabling works, piling, groundworks and drainage, followed by a reinforced concrete frame, external envelope and full internal fit-out. The completed development will also include communal areas, ground-floor commercial space, cycle storage, landscaping and associated external works The Senior Site Manager will be heavily focused on the day-to-day delivery of the project, reporting directly to a site-based Project Director.
