Known for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, education, and leisure sectors, the business has a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for excellence in build quality and client relationships.This particular project is part of a prestigious new golf resort, with a clear focus on premium accommodation and high-end finishes.Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of six luxury accommodation lodges, each valued at approximately £3.5m, forming a key phase of this landmark development.You will be responsible for:Managing the full on-site construction process through to completionCoordinating subcontractors with a strong emphasis on quality, sequencing, and finishDriving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standardsWorking closely with project stakeholders to maintain expectations on a high-spec, client-facing schemeOverseeing the delivery of high-end internals and fit-out, ensuring exceptional attention to detailThis is a permanent role offering long-term involvement in similar high-value projects across the region.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager ..... full job details .....
