With an exceptional reputation for having completed award-winning new build and redevelopment projects across some of Edinburgh''s most challenging prime locations, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Site Manager. They are currently working on multiple large projects across central Scotland and as one of their new large-scale redevelopments is underway in Edinburgh, they are looking for an experienced Senior Site manager to join their team. Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take on a critical package of work and confidently lead a team, ensuring the site is operating in a safe and productive manner - while maintaining the excellent quality and standards they take pride in delivering. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and demonstrable success as a Site / Senior Site Manager. What you''ll need to succeed Site Management experience of a large-scale residential and redevelopment project is essential. The successful candidate should also be confident in leading and briefing a team of subcontractors and have a strong understanding of how to coordinate, organise and drive a team to achieve deadlines and completion. You will have a professional approach, and commercial awareness of the project, monitoring the progression and timeframe of this programme.
