This project is underway on site with structure and external envelope complete, so focus will be on the internal fit out through to completion of one of the two blocks. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site based construction activities including short-term programming of works, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, logistics, quality control, client liaison, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover. This project is well underway and is due to complete in the Spring next year There is a solid pipeline of follow on work in the region for this main contractor, including several more schemes for the same client in Petersfield and Borden.
