Senior Site Manager

A leading Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a 30m school project in Essex, currently entering the fit-out stage.This is a key role on site, acting as a strong Number 2 to the Project Manager, helping to drive programme, quality, and subcontractor coordination through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations during the fit-out phaseManage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple tradesEnsure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standardMaintain strict health and safety compliance on siteSupport the Project Manager with reporting, programme tracking, and logisticsDrive quality control and snagging processes through to handoverRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractorStrong background delivering education/school projects (essential)Experience managing fit-out stages on medium to large-scale buildsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualificationsWhat''s on Offer:Opportunity to work with a reputable main contractorHigh-profile education schemeCompetitive salary/package (DOE)Strong pipeline of future work in the ..... full job details .....
