This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial new-build background who is looking for long-term project stability and the opportunity to see a major scheme through to completion . The Role You will play a key role in delivering the project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants and supply chain. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors. Managing construction sequencing, programme and progress. Driving health & safety and quality standards. Coordinating trades and key project interfaces. Working with design and commercial teams to resolve issues. Managing completion, snagging and handover. Maintaining strong relationships with the wider project team. About You We are looking for: Proven Senior Site Manager experience, ideally with a Tier 1 or major main contractor .
