Senior Site Manager

We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager on a major new-build commercial project in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial new-build background who is looking for long-term project stability and the opportunity to see a major scheme through to completion.

You will play a key role in delivering the project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants and supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

• Managing construction sequencing, programme and progress.

• Driving health & safety and quality standards.

• Coordinating trades and key project interfaces.

• Working with design and commercial teams to resolve issues.

• Managing completion, snagging and handover.

• Maintaining strong relationships with the wider project team.

We are looking for:

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience, ideally with a Tier 1 or major main contractor.

• Strong commercial new-build experience.

• A proven track record of longevity on projects, ideally seeing schemes through to completion.

• Strong knowledge of construction, programme and subcontractor management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• A proactive, safety-focused and delivery-driven approach.
