This is a substantial development with a long build programme ahead. Site set-up is already in place, and the initial groundworks have been completed, giving the successful Senior Site Manager the opportunity to come into the project at a really good point and take ownership as the development moves into the main build. The developer is well known for operating at scale, with structured build processes and a clear focus on build quality and customer standards. This is very much a volume housebuilding environment, so experience of working for a PLC or large volume developer will be important.
