This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role on a flagship housing scheme comprising over 500 new homes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering high-volume residential developments from inception through to completion, with a strong background in managing all stages of the construction process. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of coordinating multiple subcontractors, maintaining programme, driving quality, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a major residential development. Lead and coordinate all site activities from groundworks through to final handover.
