Senior Site Manager Externals

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South West London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the external construction packages across a large RC-frame residential development. This will include managing the groundworks, reinforced concrete frame and fa ade packages from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities: Managing all groundworks, RC-frame and fa ade activities Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme Monitoring quality, health and safety, logistics and site progress Chairing progress meetings and resolving construction issues Working closely with the project team, design team and commercial department Managing inspections, snagging and package handovers Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes Strong knowledge of groundworks, RC frames and fa ade systems Experience managing external packages on multi-storey developments Excellent subcontractor management and programming skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications A strong track record of delivering packages safely, on time and to a high standard This is an ongoing freelance opportunity on a significant, multi-phase residential development with a strong pipeline of work.
