As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential housing development in Stonehaven. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a flagship project while working for a business renowned for its commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the construction process.
