This is a key leadership role overseeing all external works on a large-scale residential scheme. The successful candidate will manage a small site team of 2-3 direct reports and play a crucial role in driving programme, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance through to project completion. The Role Lead and coordinate all external works packages across a large RC frame development. Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on a daily basis. Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to maintain project milestones.
