The Shore Group are working with a leading housing developer to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a -10million-development consisting of 7 traditional new-build houses and 35 apartments.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with proven experience managing residential schemes to high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to oversee programme, quality, and health & safety compliance
