Senior Site Manager Permanent Location: Central East ScotlandSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceType: PermanentWe re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.This is a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager with a strong new-build Tier 1 background who is looking to take ownership of projects from the early stages right through to completion.We re looking for someone who understands what it takes to get a project out of the ground, build momentum and drive it through to successful completion.The Role As Senior Site Manager, you ll take a leading role in the delivery of projects from initial mobilisation and groundworks through to completion and handover.You ll be responsible for coordinating the site team, subcontractors and wider supply chain, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards.This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who takes ownership and is confident leading a project through all stages of construction.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of new-build projects from mobilisation through to completion and handoverTake ownership of day-to-day site operations and overall construction deliveryCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and the wider supply chainDrive programme, productivity and quality throughout the project lifecycleManage construction sequencing and site ..... full job details .....
