Our client is a national contractor-undertaking commercial, refurbishment and mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to join the team on a hotel scheme in Perth.-

They''re converting an office building into a hotel.-

The position will report into the Project Director.-

They require this individual to have previous experience on refurbishment, fit out or hotel projects.-

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -65k - -70k + full package & bonus.
