Senior Site Manager

The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a highly regarded specialist main contractor delivering some of London''s most prestigious super-prime residential projects. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-quality homes, including full refurbishments, new-builds, extensions, basements, structural alterations and bespoke interiors across some of London''s most exclusive locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager who takes genuine pride in quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, and who enjoys working on technically challenging projects where standards are exceptionally high. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a high-value super-prime residential project, working closely with the Project Director, Project Manager, design team, commercial team, subcontractors, specialist trades and client representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, programme and workmanship. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
