Senior Site Manager (Residential) Location: Bristol and surrounding areas Project: Large Residential Development Salary: Very competitive with bonus package The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest construction and customer service standards. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a large-scale housing development, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, materials, quality standards, health and safety compliance, and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the construction and delivery of residential developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and company procedures. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour resources to achieve build programme and production targets. Coordinate build programmes, construction activities, materials, and site logistics to maximise productivity and efficiency. Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, quality control, and site presentation throughout the development.
