Senior Site Manager

Our client is a bespoke House Builder, delivering a high-quality luxury new-build scheme and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day control of the site. The project consists of six detached luxury homes, currently at mixed stages of build, and requires a hands-on Site Manager with a strong housebuilder background and a genuine eye for detail. Quality, finish, and presentation are key. This role is ideal for someone available to start from February 2026 and is confident managing premium residential builds through to completion. Key Responsibilities Full day-to-day management of site operations Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Driving programme, quality, and health and safety standards Maintaining a strong on-site presence Resolving technical and logistical issues efficiently Liaising with senior management on progress and delivery About You Proven experience on luxury or high-end residential new-build projects Background with a housebuilder, ideally premium or bespoke Strong technical knowledge of traditional build methods and high-spec finishes Detail-focused with a commitment to quality SMSTS, CSCS - Essential Daily Rate - £300.00 - £330.00per dayContract Length - Ongoing / Temp to ..... full job details .....
