Senior Site Manager (Housing) Location: Rushden Salary: 80K + package Type: Permanent Join a highly regarded developer at an exciting stage of growth We are working with a highly respected, privately owned housebuilder that is entering a significant period of expansion. With an excellent reputation for quality, customer satisfaction and delivering well-designed developments, the business is looking to strengthen its site delivery team with an experienced Housing Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who has a strong background in volume housebuilding and is used to managing busy, fast-paced developments from groundworks through to completion. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest possible standards. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage build programmes, maintain health and safety standards and work closely with the wider technical and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery. About You We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with: Proven experience managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders A strong understanding of the residential construction process Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades A solid track record of delivering developments safely, on programme and to quality standards Excellent organisational and communication skills ..... full job details .....
