Senior Site Manager

I am currently recruitng for a Senior Site Manager to work for one of my main contractor clients on a project in Cardiff.- Works will include window replacement, roofing works, ceilings, partitions, concrete repairs, mechanical works and scaffolding, all on an existing building.

Reporting to the on-site project manager, you will take resonsibility for a section of on-site operations.- Previous-experience of working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal.- You will also need to have SMSTS, First Aid and a relevant CSCS card as a minimum.- Idealy you will have used Procore software previously as well.

On offer is long stetch of work up to 18 months in duration and rates are negotiable depending on previous experience.
