Location: Salisbury | Salary: £65000 - £70000/annum | Type: Permanent | Senior Site Manager Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades effectively. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, site rules and project requirements. Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture on site. Monitor progress, quality, programme and site standards. Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Previous MOD experience is highly desirable. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager/Site Manager. SMSTS Black Card – essential. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe systems of work. Previous MOD experience – highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
