This is not a straightforward build . The project is particularly tight and technically challenging, with a significant focus on demolition, piling, basement construction, steel frame, façade and brickwork . The development will transform an existing building into a combination of restaurant, pub and office space , creating a complex project in a highly constrained city-centre environment. Reporting directly to the Construction Director , you will be the developer''s lead presence on site and will have genuine ownership of the project''s day-to-day delivery.
