The project is particularly tight and technically challenging, with a significant focus on demolition, piling, basement construction, steel frame, façade and brickwork.The development will transform an existing building into a combination of restaurant, pub and office space, creating a complex project in a highly constrained city-centre environment.Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will be the developer''s lead presence on site and will have genuine ownership of the project''s day-to-day delivery.The Role This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced Senior Site Manager who is comfortable taking responsibility and making things happen.You will be responsible for: Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the projectManaging and coordinating subcontractors and tradesDriving the programme and keeping the project on trackOverseeing complex works including demolition, piling, basement, steel...
