The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, education, mixed-use and commercial schemes , with a proven track record of managing projects from construction through to completion and aftercare. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing defects and snagging, ensuring programme and quality targets are achieved, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. A strong understanding of construction processes, specifications and contractual requirements is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
