Minor structural/internal reconfiguration, pool being added to the existing basement, roof terrace, complete fit out and bespoke finishes throughout. Based in the West End, they take on projects from 1-20m. The Role: As a Senior Site Manager you''ll be responsible for delivering the 8.5m project all the way through to completion. Managing a team of Sub-Contractors, ensuring the project is run on schedule, reporting into a visiting PM with a Site Manager below you.
