The project incorporates new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements within a large, long-term development. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors Drive programme, quality and health & safety standards Coordinate trades, logistics and site resources Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor Strong residential or mixed-use project experience Experience managing multiple subcontract packages SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Strong leadership and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a substantial project with a strong pipeline of work in Gosport.
