Senior Site Manager - 12 month contract - Surrey / London

I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager for a 6 million new build Padel Court project in Surrey to an existing Leisure Centre. The project consists of 6 new build courts with works including demolition of an existing building and then groundworks, piling, foundations, and frame so it is external focused with a standard fit out of the courts. The project is live from mid-September and is due to run for 12 months. The Candidate - must be capable of operating standalone and report into a visiting contracts manager on progress. Duties wise you must be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black card and First Aid qualified.
