Senior Site Engineer Full-Time Permanent Opportunity Location: Harlow Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE) Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead dimensional control, technical delivery, quality assurance, and site operations while supporting project teams and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Manage dimensional control and ensure all works meet technical specifications and quality standards. Support project delivery through effective planning, programming, resource allocation, and budget awareness. Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and safe systems of work. Lead quality assurance activities, minimising defects and ensuring right-first-time delivery. Review designs for buildability and provide technical support to site and office teams. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Mentor and develop graduate and junior engineers. Key Stakeholders Clients, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. Senior Management, Contracts Managers, and Project Managers. Site Teams and Office-Based Support Staff. Candidate Requirements Essential Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent accreditation.
