Senior Site EngineerFull-Time Permanent Opportunity Location: Harlow Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to oversee dimensional control on site and ensure all works are delivered to the required technical standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in programme delivery, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, resource management, and the mentoring of junior engineering staff.Key Responsibilities Oversee dimensional control and ensure works are delivered to the highest technical standards.Mentor and support graduate and junior engineers in their day-to-day site duties and professional development.Assist with the effective delivery of project programmes, quality control processes, and health and safety requirements.Plan works thoroughly and develop safe systems of work appropriate to each project environment.Implement and monitor site-specific safe working procedures.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Plan and sequence site activities to achieve project milestones and programme objectives.Manage labour, plant, and materials resources efficiently while promoting a positive and productive working environment.Review designs to assess buildability and identify opportunities for improvement.Support senior management with project resource planning and budget control.Manage quality assurance processes to ..... full job details .....
